Introduction to Authentic Movement
Wednesday, June 19 from 7-9pm
Located at Moving Body Resources in Manhattan. Fee: $30.
Authentic Movement is a form of Dance/movement Therapy that speaks to your implicit ways of knowing. By closing your eyes and waiting for an impulse from your body to move, you can experience the joys of creative inspiration, insight into embodied empowerment and deep healing that can only be achieved through this type of work.
