SPRING SOUND BATHS
Mindful Music Psychotherapy is offering sound baths throughout the spring at different venues. Each sound bath is designed specifically to create a deep listening atmosphere of healing and holding through resonant instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls for each chakra, Indian harmonium for voice work, gongs and bells, aroma therapy and herbal teas for a full sensory experience of vibrational healing.
Katie Down, MT-BC, LCAT has been creating sound bath experiences for 7 years in New York and abroad. She collaborates with Reiki practitioners, acupuncturists, and body workers, creating an optimal healing environment and targeting specific ailments, energetic and emotional blockages.
